By downloading, accessing, or using WhozIt, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms are written to be readable, practical, and fair.
Use of the app
WhozIt helps users make group decisions and pick winners in games and everyday moments. You agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and app store policies.
Your content
You retain ownership of any custom content you create in WhozIt, including custom themes, decision lists, and game configurations. You are responsible for the content you create.
Gameplay and haptics
WhozIt uses haptics, sound effects, animations, and visual feedback to enhance your decision-making experience. These features rely on device capabilities and user-enabled permissions. Availability may vary based on device specifications.
WhozIt Pro access
WhozIt Pro unlocks all premium features for a one-time fee of $3.99. Once purchased, Pro access is yours for life and does not renew automatically. After purchase, the paywall and the banner under Settings will both display "Pro Unlocked."
Intellectual property
WhozIt, including its name, branding, design, interface, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse WhozIt materials without permission.
Limitations
WhozIt is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. In no event shall WhozIt be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
