License Grant
WhozIt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the WhozIt application on your personal mobile device in accordance with this Agreement.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the application
- Modify, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Create derivative works based on WhozIt
- Remove or alter proprietary notices or marks
- Use WhozIt for any unlawful purpose
Updates and maintenance
WhozIt may automatically deliver updates to improve performance, fix bugs, or add features. Updates may change functionality or appearance. Continued use of WhozIt after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Google AdMob
WhozIt uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. By using WhozIt, you agree to Google's collection and use of data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.
WhozIt Pro access
WhozIt Pro unlocks premium features for a one-time fee of $3.99. This purchase is permanent and does not automatically renew. After purchase, WhozIt will show "Pro Unlocked" on the paywall and under Settings.
Warranty disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHOZIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Termination
WhozIt may terminate this license if you violate any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the application and delete all copies from your devices.
