How WhozIt handles gameplay data, analytics, Google AdMob, and subscriptions.

Privacy, designed simply.

WhozIt is built to help you make fun decisions with friends and was not designed to harvest personal data. We collect only what is needed to provide the app experience, improve reliability, and support features you choose to use.

Plain English: Your decisions and gameplay are yours. We do not sell your personal data.

Information WhozIt may collect

  • Gameplay data including decisions made, winners picked, game history, and preferences.
  • Device information such as device type, operating system, app version, and advertising ID.
  • Anonymous analytics related to app performance, feature usage, crashes, and reliability.
  • Optional subscription and account information for WhozIt Pro features.
  • Haptic and sound preferences you configure.

Gameplay and decisions

WhozIt stores your gameplay data locally on your device whenever possible. This includes the decisions you make, winners you pick, and game history. This data is used to personalize your experience and provide statistics about your usage.

Google AdMob advertising

WhozIt uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may collect information including your advertising ID, device type, and approximate location to serve personalized ads. Google's use of your information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

Analytics and crash reporting

WhozIt may use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand how the app performs, identify bugs, and improve the product. Analytics are used in an aggregated way and are not intended to personally identify you.

WhozIt Pro access

Purchase information is handled by your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not directly process or store your payment information. Your purchase status helps us deliver Pro features to your account.

Your privacy controls

You can control permissions in your device settings including location, microphone, and other app permissions. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your app store account. You may request deletion of your gameplay data by contacting support.
