By downloading, accessing, or using SubX Timer, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms are written to be readable, practical, and fair.
Use of the app
SubX helps users time solves, generate scrambles, organize sessions, review statistics, and practice algorithm recognition. You agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and Apple platform policies.
Your data
You retain ownership of your solve times, sessions, statistics, preferences, and training data. You are responsible for the data you create and choose to keep in the app.
Algorithm training
Algorithm training tools are provided for practice and personal improvement. Training content, recognition prompts, and related statistics may evolve as SubX is updated.
Timing and scramble accuracy
SubX is designed for timing practice and speedcubing training. While reliability is important, timing behavior, scramble availability, statistics, and session data may vary based on device settings, app version, and platform conditions.
Intellectual property
SubX Timer, including its name, branding, design, interface, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse SubX materials without permission.
Limitations
SubX is provided “as is.” We work hard to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation.
