Plain English: Your solve data and practice sessions are yours. We do not sell your personal data.
Information SubX may use
- Solve times, split times, penalties, sessions, puzzle types, scramble types, and app preferences.
- Training information you create or practice with, such as algorithm cases, recognition history, and practice progress.
- Anonymous analytics or crash reports used to improve reliability and app performance.
- Optional support information you provide when contacting support.
Statistics and sessions
SubX uses solve data to calculate statistics such as averages, best times, session performance, personal records, and training history.
Algorithm training
Algorithm trainer data is used to help you practice specific cases and track your progress. Whenever possible, practice data is handled locally on your device.
Analytics and crash reporting
SubX may use analytics and crash reporting tools to identify bugs, understand feature performance, and improve the app. Analytics are used in an aggregated way and are not intended to personally identify you.
Your choices and control
- You can delete solves, sessions, and training data inside the app where those controls are available.
- You can disable analytics or app permissions in iOS Settings when supported by the platform.
- You can contact support with privacy or data questions.
