Licensed Application End User License Agreement
This Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Jesse Rubio for the Twidddle application. By downloading, installing, or using Twidddle, you agree to be bound by this EULA and Apple’s App Store terms.
License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and Apple’s App Store terms, Jesse Rubio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Twidddle on your Apple-branded devices for personal, non-commercial use.
Scope of use
Twidddle is licensed, not sold. You may use the app only for its intended purpose and in accordance with this EULA, Apple’s App Store rules, and applicable laws. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense Twidddle.
App Store and updates
Twidddle may be updated through the App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s App Store Terms of Service, Apple’s Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that accompany updates.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Twidddle may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription price, duration, and renewal terms are displayed in the app before purchase, and you may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Your content
You retain ownership of the countdowns, notes, titles, dates, images, and other content you create within Twidddle. You are responsible for any content you enter, upload, or share through the app.
Privacy
Your use of Twidddle is governed by the Twidddle Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected, used, and protected.
Widgets and services
Twidddle may provide widgets, notifications, and optional online services. These features depend on device permissions, network availability, and Apple system behavior. Availability and functionality may vary.
Restrictions
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of Twidddle; remove or alter proprietary notices; circumvent licensing mechanisms; or use the app in a manner that violates this EULA or Apple’s terms.
Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must stop using Twidddle and delete all copies from your devices.
Disclaimer of warranties
Twidddle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jesse Rubio disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jesse Rubio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Twidddle, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
